How we protect your privacy: We utilize WebRTC technology to establish direct connections between users. We do not store your video, audio, or chat text on our servers. We act solely as a signaling bridge to introduce two people; once connected, the data flows directly between you and your partner.
In strict network environments, we may use TURN servers to relay encrypted media packets to bypass firewalls, but these packets are transient and never recorded.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Namaste, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. You must be at least 16 years old to use Namaste.
2. User Conduct & Safety
We strive to create a clean, friendly environment. You agree NOT to:
- Broadcast nudity, sexually explicit content, or violence.
- Harass, bully, hate-speech, or threaten other users.
- Promote illegal acts or commercial services (spam).
- Use bots or automated software to access the platform.
Violation of these rules will result in an immediate and permanent ban based on your IP address/device fingerprint.
3. Privacy Policy Summary
Because Namaste is a P2P service, we do not possess your chat logs. However, we may collect anonymous analytics (e.g., number of users online) and IP addresses temporarily for moderation and banning purposes to ensure community safety.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Namaste is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for stability, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Video quality depends heavily on your internet connection and device capabilities.

In no event shall Namaste, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any interactions that occur between users. You interact with strangers at your own risk. Please exercise caution and never share sensitive personal information (like your address or financial details).
